44T/h Calcium Chloride Waste Water MVR Evaporator Project of Baotou Xijun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

Baotou Xijun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is an environmental protection company which uses ammonium chloride residual liquid separated from rear earth metallurgy for recycling and reuse. The process of producing calcium chloride waste liquid is a key link and our company has rich experience in production, design and project operating in the calcium chloride disposal; In cooperation with Baotou Xijun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., our company is responsible for the 44T/h calcium chloride waste water MVR evaporator project, which we are in charge of the general process and commissioning, has been officially handed over to the users on April 25, 2018. This project designed 62.5t/h for water intake of calcium chloride waste liquid, and 44t/h for evaporated water; all have reached the design performance parameters. The successful operation of the project is a typical case of our company for successfully treating calcium chloride waste water in rare earth industry, which has a good demonstration effect.
