SHENGPUTE Contributes to 700,000-ton Chemical Pulp Evaporation and Concentration Project of HUATAI PAPER Achieve a Successful One-time Startup!

Recently, the 700,000ton chemical pulp evaporation and concentration project of Shandong Huatai Paper, supplied by Shandong Shengpute EnergySaving & Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengpute"), achieve a successful onetime startup. This successful startup has laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two parties in the pulping field, becoming a key milestone in their collaborative process and holding significant importance for both parties' technological upgrading and market expansion in the pulping industry.



The key process equipment adopted in the project includes a multieffect evaporation system, MVR evaporation system, chlorin e and potassium removal device, and methanol liquefaction device.

Upon reaching full production capacity, Huatai Paper will gain the capability to produce hardwood and softwood sulfate pulp, ranking among the largest pulping capacity bases in China. This will stand as a landmark achievement in its promotion of the pulp-paper integration strategy.

During the project implementation, in the face of technical challenges, Shengpute relied on its professional technical strength and efficient collaboration mechanism to respond quickly to needs, accurately solve various technical problems, and effectively ensured the successful one-time startup of the entire process flow. This achievement is not only an important milestone in the deepening cooperation between the two parties but also highlights Shengpute’s professional advantages in the field of evaporation and concentration technology.
