Introduction
Product Overview
The forced circulation evaporator separateds heating and evaporation process of solution. During heating process, enough height of liquid in the upper part of heatng chamber inhibits evaporation in tube, thus inhibiting crystallization in tube. Then heated solution enters into sepatation chamber for flash evaporation to imporve concentration, and crystallization seeds out in separation chamber.
Product Characteristics
Anti-scaling. Depending on circulating pump of large flow and low head maintains forced circulation of solution. The solution is full of heat exchange tube and has certain flow speed, the sourcing action of crystals in solution could reduce scalling on tube wall.
It is mainly used for the evaporation of high concentration, high viscosity materials and easy scaling, coking, containing particles materials during the evaporation process.
